Bat urine soaks 400-year-old Towneley Hall painting

"I’m not even sure exactly where their home is, but in the evening they come out and fly around the church. It’s charming to see.”Rebecca added: "We sensed that the painting should remain in the church and so conservationists have now protected the returning with a unique safety support so it will be safe from bat harm."The study was performed with financing from the Edward Shares Massey bequest and was due to complete these days.
